VISA FOR BHUTAN:
A visa is required for traveling to Bhutan and it is processed and arranged by us. No foreign mission grants tourist visa. VISA Application Form required to be filled up and send it to us at least four weeks prior to date of your travel, in order to process the visa with the concerned authorities. In addition, you should send us the 4 copies of original passport size photographs by mail together with all these information. Actual visa is stamped upon your arrival in Bhutan while visa is cleared in advance and a visa clearance number issued. For all travelers, entering Bhutan by Druk Air, the visa clearance number is sent to concerned overseas Druk Air stations and without the Clearance Number; passengers are not allowed to board the flight. Visa Clearance Number is also required while issuing Druk Air tickets. For all travelers, entering into the
country by surface through Phuntsholing (the border town south of Bhutan), the visa is stamped upon arrival and Clearance Number is sent to Foreign Ministry's office for references and record.

Visa fee is US$ 20.00 per person for 14 days visa, which can be further extended with additional fee of US$ 15.00. Visa fee is payable on arrival in cash. Extra Tourism Development Fees (TDF) will be US$ 10.00 each.

If you want to travel to Bhutan during the  festivals, then you must send us all visa particulars at least 6 weeks prior to your date of travel as there will be lot of travellers visiting on these days and also it is regarded as high season for tourists and all tour formalities are required to be completed well in advance.

TIBET VISA:
We will arrange for your China/Tibet visa, which normally takes 3 full working days along with your original Passport at Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu but a clear & valid Passport (of more than 6 months) copy require
45 days before the Tibet Tour departure  in order to process the Tibet Travel Permit & Visa arrangement. Chinese embassy will normally issue the Group Visa. For those people who will be leaving the group in Lhasa for whatever reason, will also have to obtain a separate visa for which there will be an additional charge of US$ 10 (subject
to change).

Kindly note that the Chinese Embassy is open for visa applications only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (09:00 am till 11:00 am). For tourists going to Tibet, visa will be issued by the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu, any Chinese visa issued overseas is not valid for entry to Tibet from Kathmandu.

NEPAL VISA:
Tourist visas for Nepal can be obtained from any Nepalese Embassy or Consulate overseas for a period of 60 days paying
US$ 25 p.p. However, a Single Entry visa can also be obtained at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu or at the various Nepalese land borders but require 2 Passport size Photograph from each traveller. Please apply for a double entry visa in your home town.

You may have to pay a small fee to take photographs of or in some monasteries.

Telephone, fax facilities are available in Lhasa, Gyantse & Shigatse only. However, please be informed that it may be difficult at times to get the international phone connection. If any urgent messages have to be sent, then please note that it is not possible to get connected while in Tibet.
