Day 1 - Istanbul
Meet at the airport Transfer to your hotel. You will be given your room key and
the rest of the day is yours to explore Istanbul. Overnight in Istanbul.
Day 2 - Istanbul City Tour
(Breakfast included)
Our journey begins in Istanbul, the only city in the world situated on two
continents. We visit the Topkapi Palace including the Harem, St. Sophia, The
Blue Mosque and Hippodrome, where chariot races and the Byzantine riots took
place. Overnight Istanbul.
Day 3 - Smyrna - Basilica Tour - Pergamon
(Breakfast included)
Transfer from hotel to Istanbul airport for flight to Izmir. Arrival in Izmir.
Drive to ancient Smyrna, was the second one of the seven Christian churches in
Asia Minor to which St. John the Divine wrote (Revelation l-11). In the
afternoon proceed to Thyatira, another one of the Seven Churches. See the
remains of a Basilica and other ruins from the Roman Period. Drive to Pergamum
for overnight.
Day 4 - Pergamon Tour
(Breakfast included)
Visit the Acropolis with its pagan temples and Altar of Zeus. Continue to the
healing center, Aesculapius. Overnight in Pergamon.
Day 5 - Sardis, Philadelphia and Pamukkale Tour
(Breakfast included)
After breakfast depart for Sardes, another one of the Seven Churches mentioned
by St. John. Continue to Philadelphia to, another one of the Christian
congregations, and a city built in 2 BC by King Eumenos. Continue to PAMUKKALE (Hierapolis).
Watch the sunset over the petrified waterfalls. Overnight in Pamukkale.
Day 6 - Leodicea and Ephesus Tour
(Breakfast included)
Visit HIERAPOLIS and then Laodicea before continuing to Ephesus. See the final
abode of the where she spent her last years. Tour through ancient Ephesus to see
the old synagogue, the theatre where St. Paul preached (Acts 10), the Library of
Celsus and other sights. Overnight in Kusadasi.
Day 7 - Kusadasi and Istanbul
(Breakfast included)
Transfer to the airport for the flight to Istanbul and back to home. We hope

What are the discounts for children?
Under 2 years of age, your child will travel free of charge by land. Flight
ticket insurance cost will be 15 Euro only.
Children under 6 years of age will travel free of charge by land. Flight tickets
must be paid in full.
Children 7-11 years of age are charged at 50% of a full priced adult tour in
Istanbul. Flight tickets are charged at 75% of a full priced adult.
Children above 11 years are full priced adult fares.
How much is the deposit?
Your booking deposit 30% of the total invoice amount.
Once paid, we can confirm your flight reservations and hotel arrangements for
you.
Note that we must receive your booking and 30% deposit in order to secure your
discounted rate. The remaining balance of your tour must be paid a minimum of 4
weeks before your tour start date.
Last Minute Bookings?
Price of your plane tour may change when booking last minute. Prices indicated
are subject to flight availability and minimum 4 weeks notification before the
commencement of your tour. Please contact TravelShop Turkey if you wish to book
last minute.
Are prices guaranteed?
Our price guarantees that no increase in land costs will occur, once you have
paid the deposit for your tour. This is your protection against international
currency fluctuations. When you have paid for your domestic flight in full,
there will be no change in the cost of the ticket, even if airfares rise later.
