This beautiful villa with spectacular seaview offers 4 bedrooms, 1 livingroom and a kitchen. Sleeps up to 8 persons. (3 double, 1 twin bedrooms all with airconditioning), 3 bathrooms (2 of them are ensuite) plus 1 toilet, a Jacuzzi, 2 living areas (one has open fireplace and the other is perfect for viewing the magnificent bay), a kitchen (with oven, fridge, dishwasher, washingmachine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, cd player). The villa is located at a stunning area near the bay from which you have wonderful sea and bay views. This particular bay is known as worlds 3rd best surfing bay.
The Holiday villa has a very nice private garden and beautiful shared swimming pool overlooking the breathtaking bay. The villa is 100 m distance to the sea, 10 minutes to the centre of Yalikavak, 15 minutes to Yalkavak Marina and 3 minutes (by car) to Turkey's most popular 2 beach clubs located in Yalkavak.

Everything you need to know about Yalikavak...
You will immediately become aware of the tranquility that wraps around everthing like an invisible being, besides so many other beatiful things, when you first step into Yalikavak. It is not known whether this effect originates from Yalikavak being spread over a wide area or the endless breeze that cools this unique place even during the hottest days of the summer, one thing is certain however the sensation of tranquility will embrace you completely. Yalikavak is one of the greenest locations of the peninsula and nature has been generous in terms of granting it an amazing sea and coastline.
Yalikavak is an excellent gift that God granted to mankind when taking into consideration the wonderful combination of the blue hues of the coves with the green tints of the olive and tangerine trees. Windmills are one of the symbols of Yalikavak. When you arrive at the location where the windmills stand you will immediately realise that the heat which followed you up there has quit its long chase. Stand beside the windmills and take a look at the horizon, you will witness completely green scenery on one side, streching up to Ortakent, where if winks at the bright blue sea; and the sea presenting an enchanting panorama on the other side ! Above all when the sun sets over Yalikavak it's a perfect moment to enjoy a meal at one of the fish restaurants on the sea shore.
Preserving the architectural characteristics of Yalikavak and the systematic development of the district adds extra beauty to the region. Yalikavak does not suffer poor construction thanks to its conscious approach. You will come across lots of well preserved stone houses in Yalikavak. For instance, most of the fountains and cisterns have been preserved or turned into galleries after the necessary restorations were done. One project that has yet to be commenced is the windmill in the town centre which is planned to be put into operating condition soon. It is enough to take a short tour around Yalikavak to see that it is the best location within the region and has developed in terms of architectural aspects. You will come across many landmark buildings, for which you will see that the architectural backround is being preserved.
Transport
Yalikavak is served by the new airport Milas-Bodrum, only 45 km away. And there is also Izmir or Dalaman, both three and a half hours in a bus.Be aware that Turkey has a very good national coach network which links Bodrum to all major cities and towns. Regular public transport (called 'Dolmush') connects Yalikavak to Bodrum.
A daily car ferry also runs daily between Bodrum and the Greek island of Cos.
Weather
Both the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts have a typical Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot summers, with temperature often rising above 30ºC (86ºF) in July and August. Showers are unlikely in the summer months, but the rainfall is quite high in winter
