4 DAYS QUICK VISIT SYRIA TOUR ITINERARY:

Day 1 - Antakya - Aleppo - Covered Old Bazaar Tour
(Lunch and dinner included)
Upon arrival on the Syrian Turkish boder (Antakya or Gaziantep), our local representative will welcome you there. Afterwards we will drive to Aleppo and transfer you to your hotel and check in. After a little break and enjoy your lunch, we will lead you to visit Old Covered Bazaar (Almdinah Souk) and Grand Mosque. Grand Mosque, as known as Ummayad Mosque. It is one of the largest and oldest mosques in the world. Located in one of the holiest sites in the old city of Damascus, it is of great architectural importance.

At the end of the tour, transfer you back to your hotel. Enjoy your dinner and overnight in Aleppo.


Day 2 - Aleppo City Tour - Krak Des Chevaliers (Qalaat Al Husn) - Palmyra

After breakfast, we will driving to visit Aleppo Citadel. The Citadel of Aleppo is the most prominent historic architectural site in Aleppo. It was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1986. Its majestic stature forms the center of the city; in fact the city wraps around it extending a spider-like infrastructural web of streets forming the city's organic urban form. Also we will visit the Museum of Aleppo which is the largest museum in Aleppo. All historical periods are exhibited in the museum.

Then we will visit Krak Des Chevaliers (Qalaat Al Husn) where is the greatest fortress in the world. With its command over the valley between Homs and Tripoli, and being a model of perfection of medieval fortification, this Castle was never besieged or taken by storm. It only fell through Baibars unique plan involving trickery. You can join our optional lunch at nice panoramic view restaurant overlooking the old village and Krak Des Chevaliers castle.

Afterwards we will keep continue driving to Palmyra. It was an ancient Arab city, In the old times it was an important city of central Syria. We will transfer you to your hotel in Palmyra at the end of the tour. After settle down, you can enjoy your dinner in hotel. Overnight in Palmyra.


Day 3 - Palmyra City Tour - Maalula - Damascus
(Breakfast and dinner included)
After breakfast, our tour will start from pick you up from your hotel. Firstly we will visit the huge Temple of Ba'al in Palmyra (Tadmur) which is originated as a Hellenistic temple, of which only fragments of stones survive. The central shrine (cella) was added in the early 1st century AD, followed by a large double colonnaded portico in Corynthian style. The west portico and the entrance (propylaeum) date from the 2nd century.

Then we will pass through th ecolonnaded street, corresponding to the ancient decumanus to visit Qala'at ibn Maan and see tower of Elahbel. Qala'at ibn Maan is most notable as the prime viewing spot for overlooking the ruins of Palmyra. The castle is surrounded by a moat, and a footbridge allows access to the rooms and various levels within. However, it's not necessary to enter the castle to enjoy the views.

After we will drive to Maalula and visit Mar Sarkis monastery. At the end of the tour, we will drive back to Damascus and you will be transfer to your hotel. After settle down in the hotel in Damascus, enjoy your dinner and your last night in Syria. Overnight in Damascus.


Day 4 - Damascus City Tour - End of Tour

After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel and shall start our city sightseeing of Damascus including, National museum, Hamediah Souk, St.Paul Window, Omayyad Mosque, See the exquisite 18th Century Azem Palace, Visit Bab Sharqi.
