6 DAYS CLASSICAL VIETNAM TOUR ITINERARY:
Day 1 - Ha Noi - Arrival Day
(Dinner included)
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at at Noi Bai airport in Ha Noi, meet tour
guide and transfer to hotel. Ha Noi is the capital and second-largest city of
Vietnam. From 1010 until 1802, it was the most important political centre of
Vietnam. We will take the orientation tour of the town by cycle through the
French quarter and ancient commercial area of Ha Noi. Enjoy the water puppet
show then have dinner at local restaurant. At the end of the tour, transfer back
to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at Ha Noi.
Day 2 - Ha Noi
(Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
After breakfast, pick up from your hotel and shall start our morning city tour
in Ha Noi, the highlights will be Ho Chi Minh‘s Mausoleum and his living
complex. it is a large memorial to the Vietnamese leader in Hanoi (opened from
December to September, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and at weekend)
One Pillar Pagoda is a historic Buddhist temple Ho Chi Minh Museum. And we will
visit to Temple of Literature which is a temple of Confucius in Vietnam and it
nearly 1, 000 years old already! It is also the most prominent and famous is
that situated in the city of Hanoi. At last, we will visit Hoan Kiem Lake before
our lunch break. Hoan Kiem Lake is one of the major scenic spots in the city and
serves as a focal point for its public life.
In the afternoon we will visit The Vietnam National Museum of Fine Arts which is
a museum showcasing Vietnams fine arts from every historical period; The
National Museum of Vietnamese History which showcasing Vietnams history with
very large displays covering every period. It is housed in a colonial French
building which was completed in 1932.
This evening, Murtis Tour will accompany you to enjoy water puppet show. It is
is a tradition that dates back as far as the 11th century CE when it originated
in the villages of the Red River Delta area of northern Vietnam. Todays
Vietnamese water puppetry is a unique variation on the ancient Asian puppet
tradition.
The puppets are made out of wood and then lacquered. The shows are performed in
a waist-deep pool. A large rod supports the puppet under the water and is used
by the puppeteers, who are normally hidden behind a screen, to control them.
Thus the puppets appear to be moving over the water. When the rice fields would
flood, the villagers would entertain each other using this form of puppet play.
At the end, transfer back to hotel. Overnight at Ha Noi.
Day 3 - Ha Noi - Hoa Lu - Hai Phong
(Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
Morning depart for Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam where Dinh and Le
Dynasty are still worshipped by the local people to dedicate to Dinh Tien Hoang
and Le Dai Hanh Emperors.
Then visit Bich Dong Cave, where the Buddhist Temples are occupied, if you want
you can climbing up to the top of this mount. After our lunch break at a local
restaurant, we will take sampan to Tam Coc Caves which is the scenery of which
is called Halong Bay inland. In the late afternoon, we will depart for Hai Phong.
Upon arrival, transfer and check in to your hotel. Dinner and overnight at Hai
Phong.
Day 4 - Hai Phong - Cat Ba
(Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
This morning we will take high-speed hydrofoil to Cat Ba island, upon arrival,
we will take a boat cruise from Cat Ba to Ha Long. Admire beautiful landscapes
in Ha Long Bay (about 3000 magnificent islets). Cat Ba is the largest island in
the Bay and approximately half of its area is covered by a National Park, once
we arrive Cat Ba Island, check in to our hotel and enjoy our lunch at a local
restaurant.
In th afternoon we trek to Cat Ba National Park. It is an important national
park in northern Vietnam. T he park is also home to a botanical garden, fields
of lychee trees, and over 120 animal species. Of these, over 69 species of
birds, 20 reptiles, and 32 terrestrial mammals have so far been identified. As
these mammals live in the remote areas of the park, visitors probably wont see
much more than small snakes slithering along the trails. At the end of the tour,
transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at Cat Ba.
Day 5 - Cat Ba - Ha Long - Hanoi
(Breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
This morning we take a boat cruise in Halong bay to visit to Sung Sot Cave, it
situated in the centre of the UNESCO-declared World Heritage area, the Sung Sot
or Surprise Grotto is on Bo Hon Island, and is one of the finest and widest
grottoes of Ha Long Bay.
Today lunch we will set in the Ti Top beach, enjoy delisious seafood lunch on
board while the junk is crusing to Halong dock. By midday Murtis Tour will drive
you back to Hanoi. Upon arrival, transfer and check in to your hotel. The rest
of the day is free at leisure, enjoy your last day in the city by walking around
or do some shopping. Dinner and overnight in Hanoi.
Day 6 - Hoi Noi - End of Tour
(Breakfast included)
After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Regarding your flight departure
time, we will transfer to the airport for your international flight back home.
